😂Fuckin'ell, last week we had another small town community event where they close off the entire mainstreet to regular traffic and basically have a big family friendly party from one end of town to the other with all sorts of random sideshow entertainment, live bands & other shit goin' on.

I didn't know about it til gettin' back from out west that avo though, and usually just cut straight through mainstreat to get home on the the eastern side.

It's a small town and normally there's hardly any traffic or nothin' so I typically blast on through like it's my personal racetrack.

This fuckin' time however, I come fangin' 'round the last sidestreet corner just before headin' into the mainstreet, to hit the roundabout, fang a lap or two, then drop smoke up the main drag and off home.

C'ept I didn't make it to the roundabout.

Nup, there was this huge plume of thick ass smoke blockin' all visibility and clearly creepin' my direction. Fuck dat, hastily slammed my shit in reverse, planted foot and started haulin' ass backward preppin' to hook back right and on down the sidestreet again....🤣at the exact fuckin' moment this tricked out Godzilla come burstin' outta the plume, rear fatties spun up hard trailing smoke, with them monster turbz screamin' hell, as he covered the distance in milliseconds seconds.

Ain't a chance my pos could match that even going forward.

Luckily the driver reacted in time to hold maybe a foot or so between the front ends long enough for me to peel off down the sidestreet and come to a full stop.

😆Gott damn, then I had time to start processing shit and noticed the hundreds of mofos linin' the footpaths watchin' the whole thing, the partial road barrier on the opposite lane only blocking traffic entry which I'd completely missed fangin' through the unblocked exit lane side.

😂Already laughin' maniacally at that point too, apparently it's how I react to near death fuckery, so I leaned into it, yelled out to the crowd "all good folks, part of the show", then gassed it, dropped clutch, flicked 180° and shot the mcfuck off outta there.
