Doesn't mean Manchin will flip just because they are trying to buy him off. I don't like the guy but 160k a year is nanny nickels compared to being the most powerful vote on the Senate.

Also they still need Sinema even if he does.

One has to think this whole process would have been cleared up a long time ago if they actually thought they could get it done.
