30 count indictment.

An indictment handed down by the Grand Jury means the DA presented 'his' side of the case. There never was the opposing side.

The DA will have to hand over all exculpatory evidence to the defense before 'the trial'.

At the trial the defense gets to present their side.

One question that has been floating around is "How do you introduce evidence?"

Answer: "Discovery".

Evidence can be introduced during the trial in the discovery phase.

I wonder what 'evidence' Trump might have that exposes even more of the shenanigans?

One thing I've come to notice about Trump is he's always one step ahead of them.

This 'trial' stretches the definition of 'the law'.
