Abstract: Peter Thiel is not merely a venture capitalist—he is a metaphysician of power. His investments, essays, and public statements sketch a coherent worldview in which disruption is salvific, monopoly is revelation, and sovereignty belongs not to the many, but to the exceptional few.

This paper examines Thiel’s ideological
architecture as a form of technoreactionary theology: a system of thought where surveillance replaces conscience, acceleration substitutes for redemption, and secession is treated as a sacrament. We trace how Thiel’s influence stretches beyond markets and into political theology, funding a hybrid cadre of post-liberal thinkers and transhumanist mystics who share a contempt for democratic pluralism. The result is a secularized gnosticism—a gospel of control without grace. Against this vision, we argue for the recovery of covenantal ethics: a relational metaphysics grounded in limits, mutual responsibility, and the dignity of the unexceptional. In doing so, we expose the spiritual failure of elite futurism and call for a new theology of peace beyond optimization.

Abstract: Palantir is among the most secretive and understudied surveillance firms globally. The company supplies information technology solutions for data integration and tracking to police and government agencies, humanitarian organizations, and corporations. To illuminate and learn more about Palantir’s opaque surveillance practices, we begin by sketching Palantir’s company history and contract network, followed by an explanation of key terms associated with Palantir’s technology area and a description of the firm’s platform ecosystem. We then summarize current scholarship on Palantir’s continuing role in policing, intelligence, and security operations. Our primary contribution and analysis are a computational topic modeling of Palantir’s surveillance patents (n=155), including their topics and themes. We end by discussing the concept of infrastructuring to understand Palantir as a surveillance platform, where we theorize information standards like administrative metadata as phenomena for structuring social worlds in and through access to digital information.

Originally named Peleus and known as In-Q-It, In-Q-Tel was "the brainchild" of former Director of Central Intelligence George Tenet.

Gilman Louie was In-Q-Tel's first CEO and Norm Augustine, a former CEO of Lockheed Martin, led the board of directors.

In-Q-Tel's mission is to identify and invest in companies developing cutting-edge technologies that serve United States national security interests.

Congress approved funding for In-Q-Tel, which was increased in later years.

Origins of the corporation can also be traced to Ruth A. David, who headed the Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Science & Technology in the 1990s and promoted the importance of rapidly advancing information technology for the CIA.

In-Q-Tel now engages with entrepreneurs, growth companies, researchers, and venture capitalists to deliver technologies that provide superior capabilities for the CIA, DIA, NGA, and the wider intelligence community.

In-Q-Tel concentrates on three broad commercial technology areas: software, infrastructure and materials sciences.

In-Q-Tel sold 5,636 shares of Google, worth over US$2.2 million, on November 15, 2005.

The share transfer was a result of Google's acquisition of Keyhole, Inc, the CIA-funded satellite mapping software now known as Google Earth.

Even more alarming was that this realtime surveillance went well beyond work hours and included physically surveiling JPMorgan's employees after hours at their homes.

Palantir's contract with the New Orleans police department in 2012, took these clandestine surveillance/predictive modelling antics even further by developing ways to predictively identify private citizens likely to commit crimes, à la: Minority Report²⁰⁰².

It is axiomatic that anybody who can accurately predict our behaviour can effectively influence/control our behaviour too, which ought to be extremely concerning for everyone–everywhere considering the proactively flagrant misconduct by JPMorgan, Palantir & NOPD, yet furthermore by the exceedingly questionable track records of practically all nation's governments, and as such it ought to be anticipated that the temptation for any state to assume the role of that agent of influence/control is an inevitability.

the titan was the device used to slingshot the USS Mirfak thru the escapulating suctioning of the earth when the dome was pressing and releasing during its final birthing pains Of the death of earth.
I may not have used the title titan but it was the exact same.
using corrodinated points the uss mirfak as main reactor excellerated the expulsion of the huge megolithic craft thru the tare between the horizon and sky line as the earth collapsed within itself.
The Titan operates very similarly, now I dunno of the military titan can do such things but if u look at the triangulation of earth's recent earthquakes it's also evident that such technology does in fact exist.
What has always baffled me is how humans hear of a particular tech and think nah they don't really & then when sum thing geological happens they completely forget abt the tech that is said to potentially create such enormous monstrosities of destruction.
Ancient warlords knew that no matter how much technology they acquired nothing was more powerful than natural weather phenomenon and after many thousands of years they were able to incorporate the two as a half assed attempt at reverse engineering divine laws of the cosmos.
And as I wrote in the assignment, these devices places strategically along the ley lines would definitely cause the earth to eviscerate itself from existence.
And knowing tesla damned near brought down, either Philadelphia or Chicago with a reverse engineered prototype, what do they have now and why won't anyone put two and two together outside of a synopsis of such tech and use.
And why hasn't mankind found the courage to challenge the future again?
