One can fix ignorance, but stupid is forever! Let's hope other red states start to fall in line with a big does of common sense. The unbelievable part will be how the blue states will want to appear more compassionate and kind as they slide deeper into a dystopian debt abyss.

First thing that comes to mind - what a genius way to improve your state population by having the leeches move elsewhere. Improved voting demographic, better off financially as a state just brilliant. It might be cost effective to provide a small incentive for them to move out and leave!
