• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Rank em: Bikini in winter edition

Lmao wtf. Why?!

I’m seriously the happiest when I have my skis or my board strapped to my feet.

Women enjoying an outdoor activity pushes you away?
Where do you like To ski / board? I never quite picked up boarding but love skiing. Being an east coaster we Try to make it out west once a year, but that is never enough. Really enjoy Big Sky MT. Great skiing but not too crowded … yet

I really enjoy breck. It’s a big enough mountain that the newbs stay in the easy basins & there are 3-4 peaks that are less busy.

Keystone is also great. Crested Butte/monarch if you’re willing to take the extra drive through the mountains. They’re definitely much steeper slopes. A blue at CB would be a black anywhere else.

I live in the Midwest, I’ve only skied Colorado & New Mexico. Got a good 14 days in the 2020 season but unfortunately skipped out last year due to this plandemic.

I've still never done Breck in the winter. Coincidentally, im heading out there in a couple weeks for summer vacation though. Will have to try CB / Monarch. Im a decent skier, but also to the point where i am just trying to ski for enjoyment and exercise as opposed to tearing up the mountain. I like those easy blacks. ... that doesnt sound right, ha

I still go with a group of bros. We have basically all skied together since Jr. High church trips lol. We shred pretty hard. More weed now, less church.

Unfortunately, women like the post are a rare breed. We try to bring the S/O’s on occasion but they just tend to slow us down.
