The accompanying audio claims there's something unusual going on at the palace.

Hard to make out in the original footage, but apparently all the lower windows are boarded up from the inside, and coat of arms is missing from the left side gate.

Additionally instead of a royal guard with the standard poncy hat thingy, you'll notice there's a regular looking soldier, supposedly a Gurka.

That's about all i know.
