....you ever tried letting your body switch to sleep mode while keeping your mind awake?
Probably sounds like horseshit....
butt it ain't.Takes a bit of practice. Gotta keep the mind focused and body relaxed the whole time without moving at all in order to eventually trick the body into sleep mode.
Things become pretty tripppy when ya pull it off. For example: ya might seemingly get outta bed and move around the house like ya normally would, initially forgetting your body is actually still lying in bed asleep. Ya might not realize something is off until moving back into the room and noticing your body lying there but you ain't in it.
Confused/startled the crap outta me when I first experienced this realization. 
Best I could figure, the sudden shock instantly pulled me back into the body which awoke and sprung outta bed almost immediately. Wasn't like waking from a dream or nothin'. Everything was crystal clear.
Second time I managed to pull it off, again somehow I didn't initially notice anything out of the ordinary. Even went out to the yard to see what my bros, their gfs & friends were up to. I could hear everything they were talking about and when I tried joining in I could hear myself talking as I normally would except they all seemed to be completely ignoring me....
pissed me off a bit too, although I didn't get a chance to stew about it coz I went to lean against the garage wall.... only I fell straight fuckin' through like the wall was no longer a solid physical thing. Ended up testing it out by poking my arms/legs through then fully walking through a couple of times though ain't gonna deny, it is extremely unsettling and I still haven't figured out why some things like floors, stairs, steps, and most objects I interacted with seemed to remain as if physically solid, while walls, doors and windows didn't. Not sure if it's a default state or maybe I was somehow controlling what seemed solid vs what didn't. Walking through walls sounds cool but I dunno, it's just plainly fuckin' unsettling imo, I guess maybe I'm not fond of potentially getting stuck halfway through a wall or walking through and getting semi fused to whatever might be on the other side. Philadelphia Experiment type shit. Like suddenly finding oneself partially fused to the deck or something.....
fuck that'd be a nightmarish experience.Oh yeah, there's another interesting thing that happens during these out of body shenanigans too. The mind & body always seems to be fully rested when ya return. It's basically no different to waking from a normal nights sleep, yet the mind or whatever the out of body consciousness is, remained active the whole time.
