Naturally I've been an insomniac since I was 13. I can go 3 weeks with no sleep. I hate it. But when I have life harmony and things are good is when it happens. Certain frequency induce the phenomenon is my understanding. It is cool as hell though. I've never snapped back to my body as some claim. I just enjoy the trip
