Best I’ve had was Edmonds Oast, they got rid of it from the menue and published the recipe but I haven’t tried it yet. Apparently they just put it back on the menue.

I'll eat shrimp raw after letting them sit out for a few hours. Never in my life have I have considered pickling them or any meat other than eggs.
