A Travis County judge ruled in favor of the developers behind the controversial EPIC City / “The Meadow” project — a massive Muslim-centered development planned on more than 400 acres near Plano.
The project reportedly includes over 1,000 homes, a mosque, an Islamic school, and other community facilities.
Gov. Abbott, AG Paxton, and many Texans raised concerns about Sharia influence and foreign ties, but for now, the court sided with the developers.
Texas fought back — but the “Muslim City” project just scored a major legal win.
