A 9-0 SCOTUS ruling may have been slighted from the recent news. The SCOTUS rules that entities do not have to turn over private donor lists to government agencies that come calling. New Jersey wanted pregnancy centers to turn over their donor list for possible legal action against the donors and center. SCOTUS said that was a violation of the 1st Amendment's free speech clause. KJB had to be asleep during discussions to vote 9-0.
