Wrote brief without using any gender-defining pronouns whatsoever to show that it can be done, contrary to Fifth Circuit panel’s opinion.

I can recall in the 60's and 70's when the south was almost the same solid color. Only then it was democrats. You know, the ones who started the KKK? Same southern Senators, 19 exactly, who filibustered (when they actually had to stand and talk) and voted against the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
