That's frightening. I'm dealing with a situation at a bank now. They are closing an account of ours which the bank allowed to be compromised after telling me how to set it to remain open (receives direct deposits the bank insists on) but prohibit disbursements. I was told yesterday, the bank cannot reverse the closure because it is all driven by computers and they cannot intercede. Apparently, they have no IT employees. Probably replaced by AI.
