Hot Wheels is compromised along with many other high profile players in the State. When I filed bar grievances against Hillary Clinton's lawyers (David Kendall & Cheryl Mills) for destroying 30,000 emails that were covered by multiple subpoenas, the DC bar would not even investigate. In other words, the DC bar would not investigate (Democrat) lawyers who perpetrated felonies.
Yet @EagleEdMartin follows administration policy on DEI and the DC bar files disciplinary charges against him. @AGPamBondi had better respond with fire, because this is a HUGE problem that goes far beyond the specifics of this case. In fact, @Jim_Jordan and @ChuckGrassley should be holding hearings.
Even in red states like Texas, the bar is controlled by left-wing partisans, and they're more than willing to retaliate against those of us who refuse to conform. I'll give you an example. I filed a grievance against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton after he admitted in writing and under oath that he committed multiple felonies. (Even so, I'd probably vote for Paxton over John Cornyn). The Texas bar refused to investigate, even after Paxton had been indicted.
Yet when Paxton dared to file lawsuits challenging the 2020 election it was a totally different story. The Texas bar not only investigated him but filed disciplinary charges. In other words, the Texas bar prosecuted him when they didn't like his politics, but not when he was credibly accused of multiple felonies.
The whole professional ecosystem is out of control and completely dominated by left-wing partisans. It's long past time for our elected officials to do something about it.
Korea is not an African country, so why would it have the same standards?
1. Korea evaluates education based on the institution it came from.
Degrees aren’t created equal. Employers look at accreditation, reputation, and whether the curriculum meets their standards when evaluating degrees.
That’s smart.
2.Most tech companies in Korea require cognitive aptitude tests as part of hiring. That isn’t specific to people from African countries. For example:
• Samsung: GSAT (Global Samsung Aptitude Test)
• Hyundai: HMAT (Hyundai Motor Aptitude Test)
• SK Group: SKCT (SK Competency Test)
• LG: LG Aptitude / LG Way Fit tests
Purpose:
• Measure logical reasoning
• Measure quantitative ability
• Evaluate pattern recognition and problem solving
• Standardize screening when companies receive massive applicant pools
• Identify the strongest analytical candidates
That’s smart.

“Someone finds homeless people outta state, gets them insurance, ships 'em to California, puts them into a drug rehab center in California. The drug rehab center makes $30-$45,000 a month for the rehab. Then that person comes outta rehab, they give 'em drugs, they get 'em hooked again, and they put 'em back in.
So that's called body brokering. And the person that finds these people gets commission from their commission. They pay these people, ship 'em one way over to California and they get 'em insurance It's gotten so outta control and so bad that there's certain states that if you come from those states, those insurance are not acceptable because it's been done so much in California”
