I've seen them going after them sooner. The live feed I've been watching has shown the number of cluster bombs decreasing when you would think they would be increasing. Some of the time, the siren goes off and you see the interceptors but not the explosions. The first 3 days you could see the interceptions on the same camera. You can still see the ones getting through or usually just 'hear' them.
