Was thinking about this the other day. Trigger warning for extremely well reasoned conservatives like @BurntJ Don't read any further if you can't handle it. JMHO.
There is systemic racism in America, there is structural racism in America. Case in point George Floyd, BLM, and Southside Chicago. Floyd was propped up by liberal politicians to push their narrative for securing money, power, and votes. BLM was a make believe movement using Floyd to rile up the population against roughly 9 to 15 shootings of unarmed black men by police each and every year. Why do cities and BLM champions and liberals care about that but not their own inner cities? Because black on black crime only garners 3/5ths the tv ratings of black on white and white on black crime? Or because the dirty secret is that black on black crime is the very embodiment of everything wrong in our/ liberal racism? Is it the structural racism in our country? Fuck, call it systemic racism, I don't care.
Where am I going with this? Cities across this country give two shits about inner city anything, people, schools, services crimes etc etc. Cities, the people that pay the cops and tell them what to do, purposefully create no go zones for police that are open season to do what every the fuck someone wants, drugs, rape killing, etc etc free from punishment. Cities and police chiefs in many cases push these sort of arrangements like south side Chicago, Skid Row, etc etc because it's a way to mitigating crime everywhere else in the city. Take all the human trash, in their eyes, and dump them in a single place and let them slaughter one another. And keep them isolated.
These no go zones are perfectly policeable. How do I know that? Because when a mayor wants to create an economic development zone, or gentrify, cops march right in and clean that shit up. When companies, start ups, tech guys get tired of paying high rent, they get the city to march the trash out of the prospective real estate, fix all the problems like sewer utilities, education and whatever else they need.
Why don't the cities do that before hand? Good fuckin question. I'm going to call it what it is: Racism. They don't give a flying fuck about the blacks in the inner city. They are a guaranteed vote that gets them nothing. They don't pay taxes and they won't vote republican. So fuck em. They aren't worth the time and effort of these mayors and politicians. George Floyd was a product of this systemic racism given him being a drugged out addict with multiple run ins with the law. The problem wasn't Chauvin. The problem was the fucking neighborhood.

..it’s the wealthy ruling class, cathedral, etc wants everyone pitted against everyone while they gut the system. It started with removing the dollar from the gold standard.
