When there's several things involved: a language barrier, NSFW content (pornography), and a niche, this is like trying to win the lottery!
As of now, r/emetophilia got nuked! Reddit is dooming itself as a whole as we speak!
Adding insult to injury, many translation and language learning communities forbid NSFW subjects! - Even simple translation (confirmation) requests!
TL;DR: More has to be done!
Summary: there has to be some kind of program(s) implemented in order to address situations like this!
