Palmer is really good. If he played at Bama, Clemson, or Florida he would have been a high 2nd round guy. Great body control, route running, and good hands. He's not bad after the catch either. Not a burner but he can run. Apparently he worked the competition in senior bowl practices. Definitely a guy who will get better as time progresses, he's only started to scratch the surface of his potential. Sucks we didn't have a great QB. Had he played with one he'd be a household name.

I did a little research on him and the North Texas dude. Was quite pleased watching Palmer. He has a lot of tools. Lions need to work on the o and d lines now. Maybe snag a corner later on.
