They will be back on the IL in two weeks after they start playing again. Both have horrible mechanics.
Just like Strasburg who I cut loose today.
Almost all of the pitchers are complaining about this very thing.
Guessing you are a Braves fan and hoping for the above to happen because if it doesn't, and the Mets have those two very recent cy young winners back in the rotation, it is going to be very difficult to chase the Mets down. They have a 5.5 game lead with Degrom not throwing a pitch yet this year and Max S. only pitching less than half the season so far.

Degrom is on the Strasberg track. he will never really be healthy again in his career.
They don't work on mechanics like Maddux. Hence, they won't last like Maddux.
Degrom was a shooting star, but that all he is.

You can end a guys season hitting him in the elbow. I don't mind the display of emotion.

Braves should have had 2 out of 3. It is clear the Braves are the better team.
Kenley unfortunate condition is the only reason they squeaked out that game.
