There doesn’t need to be a federal law that grants that power to the director of the CDC explicitly.

The president has that authority under the Stanford Act. He is allowed to delegate that authority to the CDC director until Congress or the SCOTUS says otherwise (which they haven’t to date).

Don’t let yore ignorance continue to take you down the road to stupidity.

Most importantly:

Edit to add:

Its 42 U.S.C. 5201 or simply put the “miscellaneous” section of the Stanford Act.
Looks like the SC agrees with me on the eviction moratorium.

In the future pay attention to me and learn.

BTW, shut up about a fricking avatar, I'll never have one due to your whiney ass attitude about them.

They didn’t agree with you. They issued a knew ruling.

Why would I pay attention to someone who was wrong especially when I was right?

Now we wait and see if the parliamentarian allows this into the reconciliation bill.

If all those people, who were forced not to work, got 600.00 a wk from feds and their state benefit actually got that money. Then why did they default on rent? That plus all the stimulus payments should have been more than enough when rent was due

Fuck that...we can't have millions of foreclosures either because a bunch of freeloading assholes refused to go get a fucking job
What % of the folks facing eviction do you think fall into that category.

Same goes for the landlords; what % do you think will face foreclosure?

Didn’t 08 prove we could survive some foreclosures?

As someone against the moratorium I’m genuinely curious to read yore answers.

Millions of landlords still gonna get fucked.

Wealth redistribution.
Which is fucking bullshit because many of these landlords don’t have “wealth” to redistribute. They can barely make ends meet when they aren’t receiving their rightful rent payments.

I can't imagine being a landlord with some non-paying deadbeats. Honestly, I would probably murder them, burn the bodies, and dump the ashes in a lake. But, that's just me.

3 do not believe in the rule of law of any sort or kind. This place is so finished

I don't give a shit what the percentages are. If you are going to do a fucking eviction moratorium which allows renters to NOT pay their fucking obligation, you better also put in place a moratorium for the property owners from losing their property to banks that hold their notes. This move was 100% intended to remove property from private individuals so corporations could swoop in and gobble them up. Taking property away from US Citizens is part of the goal to take this country down. Agenda 2030. "You will own nothing and be happy about it"

A knew ruling that said what they tried to do was not legal.

Because it's your opportunity to become a smarter person.
Except I was the one that had to explain to you why they needed a new ruling.

Would they have issued another ruling if I wasn’t right?

This is yore opportunity to become a smarter person.

Don't know what your deal is but over the past several months you've become a bit of a cunt.
Just call me like I see them.

Do you think everyone who disagrees with you is a “cunt”?

No, I explained to you that the court clearly told the traitor in charge that trying to issue another order of that kind was clearly unconstitutional.

The traitor in the chief then went forward and ignored the court's message.

It was never legal neither the first time nor the second.

I hope this is clear to you, right and wrong so not change. It was wrong, it is wrong, and it will always be wrong.

BTW, if you are so insecure in who you are a to need a picture (avatar) as least get one with some tits.
