Boot is a walking contradiction of who he says he is. He'll tell you he's a fiscal conservative and in the same breath tell you climate change is a major threat that needs to be addressed. He's one of these rare birds that's become more ignorant as he gets older. In '18 Boot said he'd rather vote for Josef Stalin than Donald Trump. Why would that be? Trump's policy was winning on all fronts with both domestic and foreign policies being a resounding success.
