Matt Gaetz Makes Stunning Move in Congress – New Bill Is a Huge Step Forward for Top Right

Gaetz is moving in the right direction. The United States Supreme Court granted "plenary powers" to the federal government over immigration concerns in 1875. Immigration, however, is about people coming into a country for permanent residence (i.e. citizenship.)

Obviously that power has nothing to do with states protecting state border lines from trespassers. It shouldn't take legislation, but if it does, then Congress needs to act now. With or without legislation if Gov. Abbott wants them, Georgia is willing to send National Guardsmen AND if the governors decide on it, they can call up citizen militias to assist. It might sound like something that is out of the question, but funny things happen in a crisis situation.
