Executive Order 6102 is an executive order signed on April 5, 1933, by US President Franklin D. Roosevelt "forbidding the hoarding of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates within the continental United States." The executive order was made under the authority of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, as amended by the Emergency Banking Relief Act in March 1933.

What if they did this today? It's looking like the Fed may go back to a gold standard and if they do it's a pretty good certainty they would implement something similar to what happened by FDR in the 30s.

Would you turn over your gold? Horde it? Move? lol. Sell it all for Silver?

I may be wrong but I don't think the "fed" is going back to gold. Rainbow currency is going to be backed w metals
I think the plan is to leave the USD w the Fed and they can handle it how they want. The government can rhen manipulate it to be worthless and all the states, citizens, and federal expenditures are via the rainbow currency backed by metals/commodities/etf/Ecoins.
It is hard to get anyone claiming/explaining the overview in a 4min clip on my feed. This is what I've gathered
