Not sure about the financial demographics there but if possible, pull all kids out of the district and either home school or have the parents request their schoolwork be sent to them, as they'll work virtually.

we will travel the country and learn real history and real life lessons. They can catch up on the bulls but at school or we can just do the work ourselves.
