A federal judge in Texas on Thursday ruled that President Joe Biden's plan to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in student loan debt was unlawful and must be vacated, delivering a victory to conservative opponents of the program.

Lol the plantiff got $48k in PPP loans and all but $4 was forgiven. Is this the best the GOP can do? Just let the program go through and fail miserably.

To me it's an opportunity to allow a DNC "free money" policy to fail. This is a win for the DNC because they can say they tried to help and the GOP said FU. Congress is made up of a bunch of fucking retards and the average American voter doesn't understand nor give a single fuck that Congress was bypassed. PPP was just as shitty a program as student debt forgiveness. This plantiff has a fucking sign business that should have been naturally selected for failure, yet got bailed out, for free, by the government. Voters simply do not care whether a program that will help them is passed by the Legislative or the Executive.

What's going to happen here is that the GOP isn't going to do shit for the next two years besides obstruct the DNC, voters will see the GOP as assholes, DNC will rape the GOP in 24' and pass student loan forgiveness anyways. Along with a bunch of other bullshit.

Sometimes you have to take a short term L for a long term W. Now we'll be praying DeSantis can win in 24', which at this point is a long shot. And even if he does win he'll be a lame duck that won't get shit done and will end up being a one termer like Trump.

I hate student loan forgiveness but it's not the hill to die on. Let it go through, let it fail miserably. It would be ammo for us and now it's going to be ammo for them.

The cultists can’t see past the end of their noses.

They’re going to lose 95% of these people for life because the GQP is stealing 10,000- 20,000 dollars from them and that is regardless of whether it actually ends up passing through the yank courts.
