Great, u had that experience but what abt those of us who look at this and cringe?
I mean yeah sure my daughters will have sum photos and memories but they will never be able to go back to any place that we have lived & say
I sat right there with Papi.
Spirits like mine are always left with this nagging feeling that these are the reasons why we're not the same, in any way shape or form.
And to truly overcome those traumas we have to go above and beyond to make anything okay, seem right or have any semblance of complete or whole.
I used to be so envious of dudes with dad's that I said I would never be a good dad.
But u know what?
Even without these kinds of memories of my own or my daughters to experience, my daughters remind me of how much of a great father I have become even tho I might not feel like it that often.
What are mortal memories for, if we are in fact designed and destined for sum thing so much more?
