I've seen a lot of crazy -illegal- druggie carry-on and this chick seems more like she's having some kinda mental health issue &/or possibly over indulged on some prescription junk.

I have only seen this kind of behavior a couple of times. Once a man was pushing his wife aggressively out of the car and shouting insults at her. When the police picked him up and took him to the precinct, we were called back later and told that he was using cocaine. It helped him to distract himself and drown out his emotions. So now he's not only in treatment but also getting ready to go to jail. That's a pretty sad story from my life.
