Don't kid yourselves. Trump "unendorsed" Brooks because Brooks was doing poorly in the polls. The Trump worshippers that inhabit this board don't want to admit it, but Trump's light is much dimmer than 2 years ago.

And in this case, it's a shame, because Britt is Mitt Romney in a skirt. At a time when some are proclaiming a political "great awakening", republicans are nominating more and more candidates like the 14 senators who voted against the 2nd amendment yesterday.
