Is there a mutual fund that just buys the exact stocks that Congress members do?

Honestly not a bad idea at all.

I'm sure they are required to disclose purchases right? Where can that information be found?
Google is your friend dumbass

This stuff mostly works only in the long run. And senators aren’t always the best indicator. If you’re looking at insider trades, I’d focus more on purchase deals made by the leadership of mid-sized companies. Especially cluster trades. Those are usually more reliable.

All this info is available on sec.gov. If you need it in a more convenient format, you can try https://prismo.pro/, or just google it to find some other options.

I think I would invest in that fund.

One that followed the purchases of the intel committees would be a good investment.

You really would not even need a manager.
I have a buddy that can turn money around fast. Next thing you look and it is gone. Be careful Ninja
