While I cannot change your mind, I will say that I see quite a few fire posts (no, not my own, assholes), that will inexplicably have only have 1 or 2 likes. I think we can do better as a community to recognize quality efforts.

Pleaseclap, I appreciate the sentiment but I post what I feel, not looking for a pat on the back. Not that I don't like those 'pats' but I don't live for adulation. I know I'm weird in some ways but my heart's in the right place as a conservative. Sometimes I don't fully appreciate that some don't get my humor. I'm new here as well so I'm feeling my way along, ha.
