Understand, it’s just the quickest thing we’ve got right now. If something is wrong with the site, we get a messages on there and I notice it right away

Maybe we could speed up the responses by opening a call center in Uganda? We have some connections there with some good English speaking people. Probably wouldn't cost much, just one more small donation from @CuriousFiend should cover it.
