I'd recommend setting up a super bowl squares fundraiser. You have 100 squares. Make each square $20 or so. Make the prize money half of the pot, and the other half goes to the team. Our team did that and we filled up several of those square grids. You'll get $1,000 for the team for each group of square that you fill up, and it's not that hard to do.

Hopefully your team started fundraising prior to this as well. We started more than a year before, and were also able to do a 4th of july firework stand, which made a bunch of money too.
