Obviously this is purely hypothetical, but if a High School is asking for a copy of a student's vaccination card (scanned), what do you think the chances are that they would be able to tell that the information was fake.
I was thinking that if they raised a stink, telling them that he spent the summer with his biological Dad in Virginia (we're in Nebraska) and that's where he got vaccinated, so I don't have any specifics. I could give them a phone number for hi biological Dad, but the guy is a deadbeat dad who doesn't answer his phone any way.
