First off, 4000 posts a month, 1100 being new threads, is an insane person. Nobody takes those folks seriously. Not sure what the other engagement posts and replies means.
You need people that build up cred and influence, pay them to use subtle coercion. Just pay a flat rate and figure better responsive metrics.
