First off:
https://onlinesequencer.net/4673580 Bear with me, this was a very long time ago.
This is all I can remember of that song's tune. This was utilized on a MapleStory Short Story video - a sort of fan-made sprite animation involving MapleStory assets.
Sadly, that video got deleted and this is all I remember of that (8-bit) synthesizer sounding song. From what I know, the genre of that MapleStory fan animation was sad. Therefore, this song has got to sound... sad, depressing, heartbreaking, or anything else like that along those lines. It sounds like it's a mixture of a harpsichord along with a high note piano (as in notes played in the right side quadrant of the piano), and a synthesizer. - As in it utilizes all three of those instruments for this sad sounding melody.
Note: Shazam and SoundHound may not work as I tried them on a track like Banjo-Kazooie MMM OC Remix (In The Darkness Lies) and it came back empty. So this is why I insist on requesting a humanbeing analyze it. It may be like a track like Sneaky Snitch by Kevin MacLeod (with no words) or a track from some video game. Or even from something like an anime! E.G, Rozen Maiden OST. So this is where human sleuthing assistance may be needed over AI. AI programs can only assist in so much.
The video that contained that song was deleted somewhere mid 2015. I stumbled upon that video somewhere in late 2013. And another trick I just discovered: type in a keyword or keywords into the YT search box, then add "before:YYYY-MM-DD" That should help narrow down the search! So no video games or songs after mid 2015 should help narrow down the search list!
I've typed in "sad video game music before:2015-01-01" and I'm currently working on it as we speak. If you have better luck, try this and notify me if you do net something!
The majority of the MapleStory Short Story videos utilized tracks from Final Fantasy games. Sometimes Apex Legends, Mirai Nikki, Suzuka Television show, Utada Hikaru, Full Metal Alchemist, Shingeki no Kyojin, and Kingdom hearts.
But I know for certain one thing: I don't recall that mystery track containing any words or lyrics. So start with Final Fantasy and those games.
And another thing to note: The video that contained that song was deleted somewhere mid 2015. I stumbled upon that video somewhere in late 2013. So nothing past the end of 2015 should help narrow down the search list.
Next:
I'm 100% certain this is a song, because the Tape Cassette that played this song back in my childhood day also contained My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion.
Here is the tune of the track I managed to reconstruct: https://onlinesequencer.net/4679585
Same tempo as Pyramid by Charice. - Slow song. The tempo here isn't perfect, but it should at least give you a general understanding of the notes utilized. Maybe this was in a foreign language. Male voice vocals. (Note, I'm trying to sound out what the lyrics could've said, so expect some nonsense words) "shoop" (Note F5), "marry crystal" (Notes A#4 G#4 G#4 G#4). Maybe techno.

It is so beautiful and it reminds me of Rosalina's storybook.
