she was an art professor at the university, and her oldest son was the same age as my little brother.
She was the kind of woman that made all the boys want to spend the night with her son.
Flash forward to about 10 years ago, and I would see her from time to time at the beach house.
We started talking on the phone a lot and one night. I told her she was my white whale and I had always had a thing for her.
I decided to drive from corpus to Abilene one night and get there early the next morning
Spent the weekend, and I have bumped into her a few times since at my mothers funeral, my brother’s funeral, and Christmas
