Yes….didn’t participate as I hate needles BUT…..had 6 buddies do this on day 2 of a Batchelor party weekend in New Orleans (believe the place was Remedy Room or some shit like that). They all seemed to be refreshed and what not….I was a sluggish mess that entire time though so….

I thought the IVs are for after the bar when you go to the ER and get hooked up with a bannana bag. Old school drunks know the sight of this bag. When you see the yellow IV bag in the hospital you know a dude is a drunk.

Just checked locally, and sure enough, there are at least 10 of those in Vegas. Many are on the strip including one at the Cosmopolitan, which, I'm guessing has some hot nurses administering the fluids.
