Louis moved out of NY not too long ago because he got sick and tired of dealing with NY politics.
This was his one last horse in the race, something he had been fighting for over 7 years and an amendment of 1 line to the bill he was trying to get passed sabotaged the whole thing.
What gets me is they had already voted to approve the bill. It was amended after the vote specifically to sabotage it. Now the media will tell everyone this was a big win for consumers when in reality nothing has changed.
