It amazes me how many people think that inclusion is a good practice. I always thought success was better. You know, hiring the right people for the job. All these inclusion hires going on will come back to hurt those doing it in the name of equity. I am all for equal chances but I am not for the worst person getting the job. I have hired too many people over the years to take a bad applicant and think it will somehow be better than the good applicant.
