Bro, I remember 1994, ho lee fuck, that’s awesome man, refreshing to know that there’s still some young guns still out there that think right! What’s your general consensus from your peers and how things were in hs and college?
People my age generally think everything is fucked up. About 35-40% of people my age support national populism (America 1st generally) but a nearly equal number 30-35% support a Bernie Sanders style social populism.
I'm die hard America 1st and believe the America 1st platform put down by Trump is exactly the type of middle ground / common sense approach this country has always needed but that seems to make me a "leftist moron" still by some people's standards.
People from older generations are having a tough time wrapping their minds around the fact that the Democratic party of Clinton and Reagan are completely D.O.A.
I struggle to find someone who supports those sorts of positions from their respective parties even if I tried. All that shit is swampy to young folks which is why even Biden's seemingly radical "moderate progressivism" is not nearly enough for people on that side.
America is getting ready to go through another cycle like FDR capitalized on for his party. Right now it's about which party and general set of values (America 1st vs global socialism) is able to strike while the iron is hot.
