Two scoops 
fair share is defined differently by everyone on that side. Oddly most are so dumb that when they are asked how much people at different income levels should pay.... they say a lower amount than what they are paying. Same for corp's. They think they pay zero. They say they should pay 20% and they pay more. Those man on the street interviews are eye opening.
