I was given the ban hammer because I said there are only two genders. Also, I pointed out that those born with a penis and a vagina is likely a birth defect caused by the parents(drinking/drugs/etc.).

Defamation is against the law, but the question is whether Alex Jones was found guilty for anything he posted on Twitter. If not, then he should be allowed back on Twitter based on what Elon Musk said.
And democracy is no way to decide who should have free speech. Democracy is just the tyranny of the majority.
Is tyranny of the majority better or worse than other types of tyrrany?
