Ear fungus ball from Air Pod overuse

Ear MD warned me about putting much hydrogen peroxide in my ear for a similar condition. Recommended 1/2 alcohol and 1/2 vinegar solution 3-4 times daily. Works much better than peroxide.
Daily? Seems excessive
Only when you have ear issues. Once mine have cleared up then once every couple of days maintenance.
