Why it took this long for someone to do this, I don't know, but good work Ron! Liberal areas are probably just fucked, but conservative governors everywhere should be doing this immediately.
I think I may have a man crush. I wonder how many state constitutions give this power to the governor.

How many would have the balls to do this even if allowed by law to remove them? Don't know if Texas allows Abbott to do this or not. Abbott would not do this.
Edit: Apparently, it takes 2/3 vote in the Legislature to do this in Texas.
