I am all for the most qualified getting head coaching jobs in the NFL. Black, white or other, I could care less. But there is definitely something that front offices don't like. One big one could be if you have trouble with the best football player on the planet. If that is true, bye and good luck Eric.
 
If a player the magnitude of Mahomes doesn't like working with you, I don't care what color of skin you have or how much of a bright future you have in the sport, you are going to be without a job. Mahomes impacts so much more than play calling for the franachise. The other is a coach.

Sometimes even the best talents and coaches are not able to mesh. Bienemy won't be without a job for too long if he is let go by KC.
