• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

College football week 8

LOL, Lane is a treasure. However, you got to remember Lane still out there trying to hook up with coeds and Kirby is a family man. Family men tend to get a little thick around the middle.

I love Lane. Life would be more boring if we didn't have Lane.

Got a really good raise today, and we are only two days away from the Dawgs essentially cementing a place in the College Football Playoff.

Was at the gym this morning at five getting my bench press on. Looking good and feeling good!

Today I am going to my barber and tell him to give me the Kirby cut.

Live your life by Kirby's motto - Attack the day.

I find it so humorous and so 2022 that everybody’s eyes are fixed on one loss SEC teams and not the dominant force from the south Plains of Texas that will soon be the true tortilla holders of the college football world.

Hint
Texas Tech.

Why are we switching to Will Hammond?

Damn, I thought the Citadel would have straightened you out.
I was quite the active alcoholic, and played the game. I did really well, until one drunken fateful night, I was at our beach house with a whore I'd met...naturally I called and told them I'd been in an accident...needless to say, with all of their connections in ChuckTown, they knew I'd lied...fortunately, there was only 3 weeks left in the year, and they let .e stay in the reject barracks and finish the year out...extremely poor decision on my part, for sure...

I can imagine some southern officer saying, "We don't do alcohol and whores at the Citadel, boy."

Tech looks really good. Not gonna lie, they’re pretty fun to watch.
