Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Penalties and unable to close out games will catch up to us. Hope not but i have feeling it will.
Glad we won, excited to win, but we play prevent offensive and good teams stay in the game.
Tonight shouldn't have been as close as it was.

you should be glad Mario didn’t do anything stupid to hand the noles the game. Unfortunately he seems to be learning. You know it just killed him watching that fourth quarter.
Miami is really good. We’ll have to see if they can finally keep it together for a full season.
Castellanos, on the other hand, is mediocre. He gets in a close game and makes bad decisions. Bad reads, interceptions, no concept of overall game situation and timing. I hope we move on to Sperry at some point this season.
I'm a big Cristobal fan. I think he's the right guy leading us back. I've questioned a few things over the past four years but he has built this team from the inside out. I believe we'll be in the playoff hunt every year going forward, and that is exciting from the absolute shitshow it has been the past 20+ years.
I believe he's frustrated on not closing out these games and he's coaching these guys up to close out these games. We're definitely heading in the right direction.
Looking at the remaining schedule it looks promising but it's college football so there's going to be one or two close calls. If we play to out true potential then this could be our first acc championship and possibly top seed in the playoffs.
