Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

The same goes for civil discourse in all walks of life. Aesop said - "you can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time. The left likes to make all leftist and minorities victims of things said and done by white males. The way a white male lives, eats and talks is offensive to the real racists who hide behind a veil of "fairness" and "micro-agressions" and come in all colors, shapes and sizes except white. Look at my white dog there - is he offensive? He practices non-discriminatory barking. He barks at white people, black people, tan people, brown people and yes, he barks at the green people that visit him from time to time.
The dictionary definition of FREEDOM OF SPEECH - the right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint. This is so simple and so important and so clear, yet the left fights tooth and nail with a constant barrage of lies and deceitful representation of the reality of the great majority of American people. They won't give up until you mouth has been taped shut. Thus, it is our calling to speak the truth as clearly and as forcefully as necessary to wake up the great silent majority. We are in a war for the heart and soul of America, and I hate to say it, but right now, we are getting our asses kicked!
