I'm not good at taking them consistently but these seem good.
No idea, but interested. Take centrum, just because why not. Surely better shit out there though.

You know, I thought the same thing and compared them to some others......such as Sams club brand, and the stuff was exactly the same quantities of vitamins and minerals.........EXACT SAME DV percentages, and much less cost.
I am not sure that the standard "multivitamin" is really and different across the brands. Centrum, One a DAY, etc.
I've been taking these for about a year, and really like them.

Also these don’t have enough b3. Take one of these daily and you’ll feel better.
